Parole Board Queensland makes legally significant decisions about parole applications and recalls. Every one must be defensible, secure and properly governed.
Like many statutory bodies, the Board relied on a mix of manual processes and spreadsheets to manage case files, schedule Board meetings and track decisions. That put a growing admin load on Secretariat staff and made it hard to show a complete, auditable history of every matter.

Co-designed to replace manual processes end to end
Optimation partnered with the Board to co-design and deliver Connect for Parole Boards. Instead of digitising isolated tasks, it replaced the Board's manual and spreadsheet-based processes entirely.
